What is ZB Stack?
One AI stack: any model, any cloud. ZB Stack brings AI teams, model routing and cloud hosting into one workspace. Use it to plan, build and run the work your business needs.

How do I get started?
Describe your business, its stage and your next goal. A person reviews the fit. We agree the scope before work begins.
How is it different from a coding assistant?
A coding assistant writes code when you ask. ZB Stack coordinates work across product, design, coding, marketing, sales, operations and service, and connects model choice, hosting and the record in one workspace. Coding is one of eight AI teammates.
Does ZB Stack stay after launch?
Yes, when it is part of your agreed scope. We define the ongoing work, support, priorities and handover before it begins.
What does it cost?
Model usage at the provider's price, plus 5%. For $10 of model usage, the ZB Stack fee is $0.50. Hosting is separate, at provider cost. There is no monthly subscription, no charge per AI teammate and no equity.
Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
No. ZB Stack model usage is billed separately from those subscriptions. If you have an API key with a provider, bring it; your usage on that provider is billed to you directly, with the same 5%.
Is my balance a subscription?
No. You add funds and use them as tasks run. Nothing is charged until a task runs.
Who owns the software?
You do. Your business, code, data and record stay yours. ZB Stack takes no equity.
What is ZB Cloud?
Our cloud runs on every cloud. It puts each workload where price, capacity and your location rules say it should go.
Where does my product run?
On ZB Cloud, using the cloud options agreed for your workload. Your plan defines the hosting and operating work: releases, monitoring and rollback. Hosting costs appear in your record.
Which clouds can I use?
The big global clouds, sovereign clouds inside a country’s border, specialist GPU clouds and decentralized networks of independent machines. A workload that must stay inside a border stays there.
How much say do I have in what ships?
Choose what the AI team may do: suggest work, prepare it, release it with your approval, or act within rules you set. You can change the setting for each product and each kind of work.
What is the record?
What changed, why, who approved it and what it cost. Measured results are added when available. It is also how we invoice: you can see what you paid for what you got.
Who leads the AI team?
The Lead turns your goal into a plan, assigns each task to the AI teammate for that kind of work, checks progress and keeps the record of what was done and what it cost.
Who are the AI teammates?
Lead, Product, Design, Coding, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Service. Each one handles one kind of work and uses your business context.
What does Product do?
Product helps decide what to build next. It keeps priorities and decisions together, using feedback from customers and the rest of the AI team.
What does “one stack” mean?
Your AI teammates share one plan and one view of your business. The workspace connects their work with model routing, hosting and a record of costs and results.
Do I need to choose the AI models?
No. The Model Router sends each task to the model that does it best and re-routes when a result fails its check. Twelve models are on the board today, chosen from 300+ AI model endpoints across 14 leading model providers. You can choose the model yourself on any task.
How does the AI team learn from results?
The AI team uses recorded decisions and results to plan the next task. A proposed change to how it works is tested before it becomes the new approach.
