AI teams

Give your business an AI team.

Set a goal. Your AI teammates plan the work and bring back drafts, designs, code and customer lists in one workspace you share with your people.

The ZB Stack workspace for Northwick Candle Co., a candle store in the beta's scripted example. In the Holiday launch channel, the founder asks the Marketing AI teammate for a launch announcement and an email; Marketing replies that both are ready and in Work, the Lead hands the product pages to Design and the outreach to Sales, and Design posts the first product page. Beside the conversation, the work in the channel: each task with its AI teammate, the model doing it, and whether it is in progress, ready to review or done.

Start with a goal

Start with the result you want.

Pick a goal. The AI team works out the steps and who does what. Connect goals and it runs the whole journey, from launch to customers.

Launch a product

A landing page, a launch email, social posts and a launch plan.

Keep marketing moving

Posts, emails and visuals in your voice, every week.

Find new customers

A prospect list, why each one fits, and a first message for each.

Open an online store

Your product list turned into a storefront, checkout and order tools.

Build a website or prototype

Your idea as something people can click through and try.

Win a client project

A proposal, a project plan and the first drafts, ready to send.

How it works

You set the goal. Your AI team gets to work.

01

The goal

Say what you want to build.

Describe the result and share the details that matter. Start with the Lead or go straight to one AI teammate.

02

The plan

The Lead turns it into a plan.

The tasks, who does each one, and the expected model cost, before work begins.

03

The work

The work comes back done.

Drafts, pages, lists and code land in Work as they finish. Ask for changes there, or give the next goal.

The AI teammates

Eight AI teammates. One shared plan.

Each one does one kind of work. All of them share one plan and one view of your business.

Lead

Plans the work, assigns the tasks and checks progress.

Product

Defines what to build and what comes next.

Design

Pages, visuals and the look of the product.

Coding

Builds and tests websites, apps and the systems behind them.

Marketing

Sales

Operations

Orders, stock, shipping, returns and the books.

Service

Answers customers and brings their feedback to the AI team.

Scripted beta example

Northwick Candle Co., soy candles in the US and Canada

The AI team plans what a candle store runs on: seasonal collections, prices in two currencies, shipping for glass jars, a holiday launch and outreach to gift shops.

The workspace

Your people and your AI teammates. One workspace.

A ZB Stack channel in the scripted example: the founder asks Marketing for the winter collection announcement and email; Marketing posts both, ready to review, with the model and cost under them; the Lead hands the product pages to Design and the outreach to Sales; Design posts the first product page, in progress.

Channels

Talk with your AI team, next to your cofounder and contractors. Mention an AI teammate to give it a task.

Work

What is in progress, ready or done, with the cost of each task.

Business knowledge

Save your products, customers, prices and brand once. Every AI teammate works from them.

Ongoing assignments

A post every weekday. Outreach every Monday. A reply to every new review. Set it once and it keeps running.

One AI stack

One AI team. The whole stack behind it.

Each task goes through the Model Router to the model that does it best. ZB Cloud runs what the AI team builds. The work and its cost are in one place.

Work in the channel: six tasks, each with its AI teammate and the model doing it. The winter collection announcement and email, Marketing on Sonnet, ready to review; three product pages, Design on GPT, in progress; outreach to 40 gift shops, Sales on DeepSeek, in progress; scent names and descriptions, Lead on Fable, done.
Questions

A few things people ask.

Do I have to plan every step?

No. Give the AI team a goal. The Lead asks for the details it needs and proposes a plan.

Do I have to start with the Lead?

No. Talk to any AI teammate. The Lead is there when a goal needs more than one.

Can other people join?

Yes. Add your cofounder, contractors or anyone you work with to a channel. An AI teammate answers when it is mentioned.

Do AI teammates publish or send things on their own?

They bring the work to Work. Posts, emails and messages go out when you send them, or on the schedule of an ongoing assignment.

Which models do the AI teammates use?

The best one for each task, chosen by the Model Router from 300+ AI model endpoints across 14 leading model providers. You can also pick the model yourself.

What does an AI team cost?

What its models cost, plus 5%. No charge per AI teammate and no subscription. For every $10 of model usage, the fee is 50 cents. Hosting is separate.
